Dear Friends, please may I take this opportunity to invite you to attend and participate in the Lozells Women’s only networking event which is being held on Friday 26 March 2010 between 9:00am and 1:00pm @

As the event organisers we are seeking partner organisations to set up a market style stall (tables provided) and promote the service which you offer. This is a FREE event with lunch and refreshments provided. Please bring along any freebies and goody bags to give away.
Due to the target audience for this event please could I request that female officers / staff are made available as many of the issues and concerns may be gender sensitive.
One of the aims of the event is to help encourage women to participate in neighbourhood related issues and access services which they may not already use.
To keep things really simple please could you send me a reply email with your organisations details (including any staff which may be attending) confirming your attendance.
Please could you circulate this message to other partner organisations which might want to use this opportunity to engage with women living in the Lozells area. ( A promotional flyer will be circulated shortly ).
